The choice of career path starts from understanding the opportunity for growth. It is with the interest, talent and motivation that allows us to choose the job we want. There can be intermediary, that we chose a job that we really need to support ourselves and our family after graduating fro  College or University. The opportunity might not be there, but we continue to view it as a way of finding the work we love, that we may eventually feel that we are not working. The difference in pay rate and greener pasture has enticed many to leave the country and start working abroad. It is due to the difference in the compensation rate and tax system that our fellowmen enjoyed the fruits of their labour abroad, enabling them financial stability and enough capital to start their business when they get back to Philippines.
