Ayala Triangle 2017

Ayala Triangle Gardens

Ayala Land Incorporated (ALI) started developing in early April of 2015 a pair of skyscrapers and several low-rise commercial spaces. It will include a huge underground parking lot. Ayala Land Incorporated has started the construction of the new building property which is located to the heart of Makati Central Business District. The multi-floor parking lot has been almost completed and the upper portion of the building is starting to appear from its several meters of trench during the initial phase of the construction.

 As seen on the photo above, the initial barricade now have safety net around due to the ongoing building construction. The building construction is not expected to finish this year.

The building when already operational, along with other facilities would bring in employment opportunities to Filipinos and also bolster and ease doing business in Makati due to the ease of access to offices that will be situated on this prime spot in Ayala triangle.

Eligibility to Pag-Ibig

All employees who are covered by the Social Security System (SSS) by law and voluntary Pag-ibig members,  provided that actual membership in the SSS shall not be a condition precedent to the mandatory coverage in the Pag-ibig Fund. It shall include, but are not limited to:

• An employee- permanent, temporary, or provisional and not over sixty (60) years old;
• Household helper who earns at least Php1,000.00 a month. 
• Filipino seafarer upon the signing of the standard employment certificate with the labor agency, and foreign ship owner acting as the employer;
• Self employed individual earning at least Php1,000.00 a month and not over sixty (60) years old;
• Expatriate not over sixty (60) years old and is compulsorily covered by the Social Security System (SSS), no matter the citizenship, regardless of duration and type of employment, and the whatever the method of compensation. With absence of an explicit exemption from SSS, the said expatriate, upon assumption of office, shall be covered by Pag-ibig Fund. Expatriates are foreign citizens living and working in the Philippines;
• All employees covered by Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) by law;
• Uniformed members in the Philippines- AFP, BFP, BJMP, and PNP;
• OFWs

After clicking proceed, yo will be routed to a Terms and Conditions page. Read the Terms and Condition and click the check box "I agree" if you agree. Then finally click Agree button to proceed.

You will see an online form. The entries on the form will be used for your membership information and application. Make sure to enter only valid information. 

When all required information and other optional information, and files are filled in and attached, fill-up the capcha or verification box for submission.

You will get a PhilHealth comfirmation message on your screen after successfully submitting your application. You may also need to check your email your provided on the submitted information. You will het

Check the email address that you provide in the contact details for further instructions on your online application. As I mention before the steps above is only the phase one of the registration online.
